North of Leila Avenue is the newer community of Amber trials, which is considered a move-up neighbourhood and is being built around a lake and Amberside Park with lots of community trails.

This area is bordered by Leila on the South and Pipeline Road on the east, to the north and west of the area, there's an extension of Storie Road aline west of Pipeline road.

Amber Trails residents enjoy the outdoors at a number of small parks and three man-made lakes.

A well-designed system of intertwining trails connects the neighbourhood parks and lakes.

This community is served by the Seven Oaks School Division and students can choose Amber Trials Community School (K-8), Ecole Leila North Community School (6-8), and Maples Collegiate (9-12) or other schools in the Seven Oaks School Division.
